The Groves in Lincoln offers a 90% refundable entrance fee.  The entrance fee is equal to the average house value in the town of Lincoln.  Though you don’t actually own title to the suite or cottage, you are guaranteed that no matter how long you live at The Groves, you will receive 90% of the amount you paid returned back to you if you leave for any reason – or if you live at The Groves for your lifetime, that amount is refunded to your estate.  Entrance Fees start at $395,000.

The monthly fee covers a variety of services that you pick and choose.   These services may include things such as meals, housekeeping, transportation, laundry and more.  The monthly fee will be determined by which plan you choose and which services you choose.  Additionally, you can add on personal care services as your needs change.  Monthly fees begin at $2,050.00.
