Newbury Court, a not-for-profit residence, has been in Concord for over fifteen years. The community offers a variety of living options and choice in services. Situated on a magnificent 35-acre site, Newbury Court overlooks the Sudbury River with its rolling meadows and abundant wildlife. The pristine property is ideally located a short distance from Walden Pond, next door to Emerson Hospital and just across from the Concord Country Club. The town centers of Concord and West Concord are only a mile away and offer a unique blend of shops and service options. Additionally, with Boston only 35 minutes away, residents have easy access to all
the activities the city affords.
Newbury Court offers singles and couples, 62 or older, a truly exceptional quality of life with a maintenance-free lifestyle. Smaller than most similar communities, Newbury Court is an intimate community of your peers, where residents share similar interests, appreciate your accomplishments, value your friendship and respect your privacy.
Newbury Court residents are assured a lifetime of access to any service provided on the campus. Emergency services are also readily available at Emerson Hospital just around the corner. It’s a comforting feeling to know quality medical care is quickly accessible should it ever be needed.
Additionally offered is a unique way to provide a continuum of services and amenities as your needs change. Should you find the need for further assistance with household chores or personal care, rather than trying to find the help, or worse, consider relocation, we will coordinate the provision of those services in your home. If rehabilitation or nursing care should ever become necessary, the Concord campus is also home to our own highly acclaimed Rivercrest Wellness and Rehab.
Life is as full or as quiet as you wish it to be in your suite and among your friends here at Newbury Court. For more information call or email
