Newbury Court offers a 90% refundable entrance fee.  The entrance fee is equal to the average house value in the town of Concord.  Though you don’t actually own title to the suite, you are guaranteed that no matter how long you live at Newbury Court, you will receive 90% of the amount you paid returned back to you if you leave for any reason – or if you live at Newbury Court for your lifetime, that amount is refunded to your estate.  Entrance Fees start at $310,000.

Additionally, there is a monthly fee which covers much of your normal monthly living expenses. Services included in this fee are the main meal of the day, weekly housekeeping, transportation to shopping and medical appointments, laundering of your linens, utilities and specially planned programs for your education and enjoyment.  Additionally, should your personal needs change, you can add on whatever personal care services you choose.  Monthly fees begin at $2,750.
