Newbury Court feels it is important to have the flexibility to work with prospective residents and their specific financial situations.  While we have a popular 90% Refundable Entrance Fee model, we do have other options that we may offer, depending on your particular financial scenario.  So be certain to ask our residential consultants about other programs that may better meet your financial goals and needs. 

Most of our residents have entered Newbury Court under our ninety percent (90%) refundable entrance fee program and pay an entrance fee for the suite of their choice.  The Entrance Fees range from $315,000 to the high $600,000’s – well below the median house price of Concord and many surrounding towns.  Whether you live one year or live out your life at Newbury Court, you will receive 90% of the amount of the Entrance Fee you paid, returned to you. 

A monthly fee covers basic services that come with the suite.  These include utilities, maintenance, transportation to shopping, medical appointments and other area destinations, emergency alert system, 24-hour concierge, security service, access to a full calendar of programs, and Resident Care staff on site 24 hours per day, 7 days / week.  You can also opt for a variety of meal programs, weekly housekeeping and flat linen service, plus any personal care services that you may one day need.  Monthly fees start at $2,300.
