Newbury Court has begun its third (and final) phase of new construction on the Concord campus.  An additional 47 suites will be added to the building between Newbury Court and Newbury Commons, bringing the entire community together under one roof.  Suites in this new section will be two-bedroom and two-bedroom with den.  A variety of plans are available on four floors.  Underground, reserved parking will be available for each suite.  

In addition to all the other amenities available at Newbury Court and Newbury Commons, this last addition will include an exercise pool with a current for lap swimming, a Jacuzzi, a large Fitness Center and Salon and Spa where one can schedule a facial or massage, or a simple cut and blow dry, all overlooking the Sudbury River.
