Town Meeting OKs project plans. Deaconess Abundant Life Communities is one step closer to developing a senior living community in town. On November 3, the Town Meeting voted in favor of Article 1, which included approval of a preliminary development and use plan for the association's proposed 197-unit senior living community. Seashore Point groundbreaking. October 27, 2006 was the ground-breaking for the Deaconess' Seashore Point facility-- as Provincetown's dream of a Cape End Manor Care Campus became a reality. The Selectmen proclaimed October 27th as "Deaconess Abundant Life Communities Seashore Point Day" in the Town of Provincetown. Read more.
