Rivercrest provides a smooth transition into our community from medical or home settings, by assisting each person and their family with medical and insurance-related questions. The physician and nursing staff design an individualized treatment plan for each person. Our expert nursing and rehabilitation staff closely monitors the progress of each person while living at Rivercrest.
