Rockridge offers 12 cottages and 30 apartments that offer access to most of the community via an enclosed corridor system. Rockridge provides singles and couples, 62 or older, with a rewarding lifestyle on a magnificent 12-acre site adjacent to the Fitzgerald Lake Conservation area.  Established in 1971, the Rockridge grounds are beautifully landscaped, and surrounded by lush countryside, where residents enjoy safe walks along paved walkways and quiet nature trails.

The community features an elegant formal dining room, a private dining room, library, parlor, comfortable lounges, interdenominational chapel, country kitchen and store, a convenient hair salon, fitness room, hobby/recreation room, an elevator to all floors, and a gazebo near the outdoor terrace.

Cottage floor plans contain two bedrooms or one bedroom plus den, one and a half or two bathrooms, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two walk-in closets, patio/sunroom, and a convenient carport or garage.

The Apartments are available in three sizes and all are comprised of one bedroom, living/dining room,kitchenette, full bath, sunroom, and ample closet space. There is reserved parking for apartment residentswith cars. 

Both the cottages and apartments have wall to wall carpeting and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Blinds are also provided as there is an abundance of windows and open floor plans in all units.
