Seashore Point offers a choice of payment options. 

The first option offers a 90% refundable entrance fee.  The entrance fee amounts to the average home value in the town of Provincetown.  Though you don’t actually own title to the apartment, you are guaranteed that no matter how long you live at Seashore Point, you will receive 90% of the amount you paid returned back to you if you leave for any reason – or if you live at Seashore Point for your lifetime, that amount is refunded to your estate.  Entrance Fees start at $250,000 with a starting monthly fee of $1,250.00.  This plan is a good choice for those who wish to leave a legacy to their heirs and want to pay less each month.

The second option offers a Community Fee that is refundable only for the first three months of your residency.  Community Fees start at $10,000 with a starting monthly fee of $3,300.00.  This option is a good choice for those who do not want to make a large up-front commitment. 

The monthly fee on both plans covers a variety of services that you pick and choose.   These services may include things such as meals, housekeeping, transportation, laundry and more.  The monthly fee will be determined by which plan you choose and which services you choose.  Additionally, you can add on personal care services as your needs change.
