Seashore Point offers a 90% refundable entrance fee.  The entrance fee amounts to the average home value in the town of Provincetown.  Though you don’t actually own title to the apartment, you are guaranteed that no matter how long you live at Seashore Point, you will receive 90% of the amount you paid returned back to you if you leave for any reason – or if you live at Seashore Point for your lifetime, that amount is refunded to your estate.  Entrance Fees start at $130,000. 

There is a monthly service fee that covers a variety of services that you pick and choose.   These services may include things such as meals, housekeeping, transportation, laundry and more.  The monthly fee will be determined by which plan you choose and which services you choose.  Additionally, you can add on personal care services as your needs change.  Monthly Service Fees start at $1,250.00
