Wesley Woods Homes in Gilford is a different kind of community.  It is not a standard real estate purchase and not a continuing care retirement community.  It is unique and offers another option for persons age 62 or better looking to downsize and reduce the stress of home ownership.

The financial plan for Wesley Woods guarantees a 90% refundable fee or resident deposit. Though you do not actually own title to the property, you may maintain occupancy for as long as you wish. If you choose to leave, 100% of what you paid will be returned to you. If you live at Wesley Woods for your lifetime, that refund will go to your estate. A small monthly fee covers real estate taxes, municipal fees, landscaping, snow removal, inside maintenance on appliances and other equipment, and trash removal.  Additional services are available for an additional fee, such as housekeeping, emergency response system and home health services, should your needs change.
